  • A person dedicated to supporting others' development and well-being. Currently, I use coaching, training and consultation methods to do that while being physically based mostly in Tallinn, Estonia and Stavanger, Norway.

  • I'm also an avid learner of languages and other skills, reader of books, hiker of trails, player of games, experimenter of musical instruments, and much more.

  • I have experience supporting organizations in various fields like telecommunications, medicine, energy, construction, higher education, and more. I've worked with a wide range of people from executive leadership to individual contributors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tartu, Estonia. Master's subjects passed, thesis to go.

  • 7 years in the telecommunications industry as a coach, internal trainer-facilitator, and HR People Development expert.

  • Designed and conducted Onboarding and Leadership Development Programs for over 7 years.

  • Consistently lead and did the work on engagement surveys, organizational values rework and implementation, establishing mental health services for employees, and building a strengths-based organizational culture.

  • Coaching education from Erickson International and Academy of Executive Coaching. Over 800 hours of coaching experience with people from various areas and leadership levels.

  • Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach.
