One-on-One Coaching

About me as a coach

I'm a personal coach with a psychology background from the University of Tartu. I'm an ICF-accredited ACC coach, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. With 7+ years and 800+ hours of coaching experience, I've had the pleasure of working both inside organizations and independently with leaders and individual contributors on all organizational levels.

My coaching approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, drawing from solution-focused brief therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral and metacognitive approaches. I tailor my methods to each individual, focusing on enhancing self-awareness, supporting solution generation, and helping you take consistent, personalized actions toward your goals. I am upfront about what I can and cannot support you with. I am not a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. If necessary, I can at times help you navigate the mental health services landscape if you decide you need further support from other specialists.

As an ICF coach, my approach is non-directive. I believe you have all the necessary resources within you to reach your potential. My role is to help you uncover and harness those resources, leading to sustainable progress and increased self-confidence. I adhere strictly to the ICF Code of Ethics and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
