I've been designing educational interventions and helping people develop since 2014. Since then I've conducted over 500 trainings, workshops, and development programs. I was recognized as Estonia's Internal Trainer of the Year 2021 by ESAL (Estonian Internal Training Development Alliance). I continue to build on my knowledge of different topics, improve my own mastery of training, training other trainers, and finding new ways to leverage technology to support learning journeys.

I collaborate with my clients to design interactive learning experiences based on best practices from the fields of andragogy and psychology.
I customize my approach to my clients. "One size fits all" is not a term that usually describes my work.
